One of my favorite large sculptures this year. There were three faces; you can see the backs of the other two. This was the main face. The pupils were gas jets, which would of course be lit at night. Just below the eyes were tear ducts, which shot out more gas at intervals, so that the mask cried fire; you can see the charred spots on the cheeks.
